Your digitalisation partner in Extremadura

From our base in Caceres we have helped digitalise companies across Extremadura. We have experience in food, leisure, vehicle sales, agribusiness, telecoms and regional products, so we understand what companies in the region need.

And that base has a name and a door: BusiRocket is the trade name of Vibra Lab S.L. (B22903801), with premises at Calle Santa Cristina 3, Edificio Embarcadero, in Caceres. The same details appear in this site's legal notice, and we work daily with SMEs in Caceres, Badajoz, Merida and Plasencia.

This is not the national Kit Digital

They are two separate programmes and are applied for separately. This page covers the Extremadura regional government grant: up to EUR 20,000, 80% funded and 50% paid up front, for SMEs and freelancers with a production centre in the region. Kit Digital is the national scheme, run through Red.es and Acelera pyme, which awards vouchers by company segment of roughly EUR 2,000, 6,000 or 12,000. If that is the one you were looking for, we have written the step-by-step guide to applying.

Frequently asked questions

So is this the Kit Digital?
No. Kit Digital is the national scheme run by Red.es through Acelera pyme, awarding vouchers by company segment of roughly EUR 2,000, 6,000 or 12,000. This page describes the Extremadura regional grant, which is regional, reaches EUR 20,000 and covers 80% of the investment. Both can be considered, but they are applied for separately and have their own deadlines.
How much can I receive?
Up to EUR 20,000, covering 80% of the investment in your digitalisation project.
What paperwork do I need?
Incorporation deed, tax certificates, the project brief, and to be up to date with the tax office and social security.
Who can apply?
SMEs and freelancers with a place of business in Extremadura, as well as groupings, joint ownerships and constituted UTEs. Regional SMEs with fewer than 51 employees.
How do you apply?
The application must include a technical project written by specialists. That document is what the assessors use to approve or reject the grant. We write the project and handle the paperwork.
What if the credit runs out or I miss the deadline?
These lines repeat: 2026 is already the second call, and when one closes - by date or by exhausting its 3 million - the next tends to arrive with the new budget year. Leave us your details and we will tell you the day it opens, with the technical project already prepared so you enter among the first, which is what counts when grants are awarded in order of entry. And the digitalisation project does not depend on the grant: the work is the same with or without it, and you can start today and submit the eligible part to the next call.
Does the digitalisation provider have to be accredited?
This Junta de Extremadura line has no register of approved agents like the national Kit Digital: your company applies for the grant and you choose the provider freely. What the call does weigh is the technical project attached to the application, and that is where it matters who signs it. We are an identifiable Extremaduran company: BusiRocket is the trade name of Vibra Lab S.L. (B22903801), with premises at Calle Santa Cristina 3 in Caceres, the same details recorded in this site's legal notice.
