Privacy policy
This site collects personal data in two places: the contact form and, only if you accept it, usage analytics. There are no user accounts, no newsletter, no profiling and no advertising.

What we process and why
Whatever is typed into the contact form: name, email address and, if filled in, telephone, company and the message itself. It is used to answer the enquiry and, if it goes anywhere, to prepare the quote.
It is not used to send unsolicited commercial messages, it is not added to any mailing list, and it is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Beyond the form, the server hosting the site records the IP address and the technical details of each request in its logs, as any web server does, for the sole purpose of keeping the service running and detecting incidents or abuse.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 additionally records pseudonymised usage data: pages viewed, how you reached the site, approximate country, device type and browser, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser. The IP is sent anonymised and no advertising or personalisation signal is turned on. It exists to show which content gets read and what needs improving, nothing more. If you do not accept it, it does not load.
Legal basis
Processing the form data rests on taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and on the consent given by ticking the acceptance box before sending it (articles 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
The server's technical logging rests on the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (article 6.1.f GDPR).
Analytics rests solely on your consent, given by pressing Accept on the cookie notice (article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by deleting the br_analytics_consent cookie, as explained in the Cookie policy.
How long we keep it
Messages received are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for as long as is necessary to address any liability arising from it. If the enquiry does not lead to a contractual relationship, they are deleted once they stop being useful and, at the latest, after one year.
If a contract is signed, the data associated with invoicing is kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
Recipients
The form data is not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it.
The site and the mail are hosted on servers located in the European Union, run by the hosting provider, which acts as a processor under the corresponding contract. Site traffic also passes through the Cloudflare, Inc. network, which acts as a processor and serves it from its European infrastructure.
If you accept analytics, the usage data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as a processor, under Google's standard contractual clauses. Google may transfer it to Google LLC in the United States, relying on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on those same clauses. This is the only international transfer the site makes, and it does not happen unless you accept.
Your rights
Anyone may request access to their personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to that processing and request its portability, by writing to info@busirocket.com. Consent may also be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
Communications between the browser and the site are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the messages received is limited to the members of the team who have to deal with them.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the processing it describes or the applicable law changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
