BusiRocket is the trading name under which Vibra Lab S.L. provides web design and development, custom software development, maintenance and hosting services.
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of busirocket.com, including its contents and the services offered through the site. Accessing the site means accepting them as published at the time.
Access is free and requires no registration. This site does not sell online: where a contract exists, it is agreed separately through a proposal and an express acceptance.
Use of the site
Accessing this site does not start a commercial relationship. Whoever uses it agrees to do so lawfully, and not to act in a way that could damage, disable or overload the site, or prevent other people from using it normally.
Reproducing, distributing or modifying the contents of the site, in whole or in part, without the authorisation of their owners is prohibited, as is using them for commercial or advertising purposes.
Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, source code, brand and other elements of the site belong to Vibra Lab S.L. or are used with the authorisation of their owners, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Code from projects published as open source is governed by the licence shipped with each repository, not by these terms.

Vibra Lab S.L. does not guarantee that access to the site will be free of interruptions or errors, nor that its content is always up to date, although it takes reasonable measures to avoid both and to correct the errors it becomes aware of.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Caceres.
